Close all Open Sitelink and Live Update windows.

 

Temp Files Cleanup:

 

  1. Click Start – type “Cleanup” in the search bar and it should find a program called Disk Clean up.
  2. Click on that and let it run the scan.
  3. A window will appear with a number of tick boxes. Please tick all boxes and click OK / Next.
  4. Accept the prompt to delete files. It will not delete any of your important documents only background files that are not needed.

 

SiteLink

.

  1. Double click the SiteLink icon to get the Login screen, but don't login
  2. On the SL login screen, click on the Maintenance button.
  3. In the maintenance window click Reset local database.
  4. Retry the live update if it did not work before. 

 

 

 

Run a live update.

Open the SiteLink Login box, click on the “Maintenance” button. 

Then click “Launch LiveUpdate”.  And follow through all the steps.

 

 

 

 

Once all of this is successfully, restart your computer.

 

After restarting your computer, open Sitelink and type DEMO into all four boxes and Login.

Once that logins successfully, log out and log back in with all your own details.
