A security feature has been implemented onto the Stor-Age email system to protect our network and your computer from harmful emails. If you click on a link in an email received from outside the company you will be required to authenticate the device (Computer, Phone, tablet, etc.) you are working on. This is a once off authentication per device.

If the link is deemed safe, you will be allowed to proceed to the site. If the link is deemed malicious, it will be blocked.

When you click on a link for the first time since this security feature was implemented, you will need to follow these instructions as they appear in your web browser.

  1. Enter the email address that the email was sent to. Most of the time it will be your own email but could also be the email address of a mailing list you are part of.

  1. An authentic action code will be sent to the email address in question.

  1. Copy or write down the code that you receive via email.

  1. Enter the code in the browser and click next.

  1. Your device will then be authenticated and you will be directed to the website.
